Why We’re Introducing a Monthly Creation Cycle

As Artispique has grown over the past years since 2020, especially with more returning families and school collaborations, we realised we needed a more structured production rhythm behind the scenes.

Rather than stretching the team across constant open orders, we decided to introduce a structured Monthly Creation Cycle so our team can plan intake, digitisation, layout and printing in focused phases. This helps us keep timelines clearer and operations smoother as we scale.

It’s a refinement that supports sustainable growth for the long term.

📅 Order Window

Orders open during the last week of each month.

📦 Art Collection Bags

Once your order is confirmed, your art collection bag will be delivered 4–5 working days before your selected pickup date.

💬 Customer Support

Our Customer Experience Team responds to all enquiries within 3–4 working days.
